Service Description

Naturopaths do a 4-5 year degree studying the healing benefits of functional nutrition. My love of nutrition began as a teenager, reading the extensive works of Adele Davis, a poineer of nutritional medicine. Using "Food as Medicine" as my basic naturopathic philosophy, I try to create a diet paln that is easy for my clients to follow. I go over what they love to eat, where they shop, and how they cook. From this ionformation and discussion, I aim to make easy changes, over a step by step program, so that these changes become new habits.
